Does the Kailijumei Lipstick contain a real flower?
Yes! All of our Kailijumei lipsticks contain real, dried flowers which makes the product extra special and unique!
What colour do the lipsticks apply?
The lipsticks all apply as a pink shade, which adjusts according to your skin and temperature. Therefore, the colour can appear different on various people.
Where are you located?
We are a UK based company but ship products worldwide.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
All orders are sent with tracked delivery. If you would like to know your tracking number, please send us a message using our 'Contact' page. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
If I buy more than 1 product, will I have to pay another delivery charge?
If you purchase more than 1 item in the same transaction, you will only have to pay one delivery charge as we want to offer the best prices to all of our customers.
What if I want to return my item?
We hope you will love your product as much as we do. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may ask you to send a picture to show the damage. We will then offer a full refund or replacement.
