Delivery/Returns
All items will be dispatched between 1 - 2 working days. All orders will be sent using tracked delivery.
For all UK orders, please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. In some circumstances, it can take up to 14 working days to receive parcels. If you are concerned with the delivery times and would like an update for your order, please send use the 'Contact' page to send us a message. We will always try to respond quickly and will provide tracking details on request.
For all international orders, please allow at least 10 - 14 working days for delivery. If you have been waiting longer, feel free to send us a message and we will look into this straight away and provide tracking information.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost in the post, you will be entitled to either a full refund or replacement item (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
RETURN POLICY:
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns due to the nature of the items sold. However, if items arrive damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. Photographic evidence may be requested and the damaged item will need to be returned back to us within 30 days of receiving. Once we have received the return, please allow 3 - 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
ADDRESS DETAILS:
Please ensure your address details are correct before placing an order as we cannot be responsible for items delivered to the incorrect address and refunds/replacements will not be issued. Also, if paying by PayPal, please ensure the delivery address entered, matches the address registered to your PayPal account. Orders paid via PayPal will only be sent to the address registered to your PayPal account.
